All of this Digital Spying has been foisted upon us to prevent "terrorist activities", yet no arrests are forthcoming, and all of us are seeing the use of warrant-less spying increase almost daily.

I can't think of anything I don't want read, but more and more it seems the "wrong opinion" can get you undue attention.

WE HAVE "Due Process" methods to obtain search warrants for a wide range of probable cause.

It seems that's not good enough, even though-again-the added super-snooping isn't producing anything but fatter dossiers.
