Whether we always find it or not, here in the US, sadly we've grown accustomed to corruption in high places.

Even after Wall Street, the Mega-Bank Bailouts, and Bailouts for other Major Industries, a day hardly goes by without hearing about yet another scam, subterfuge or scheme at work in our society.

Typically, while we would be sure Japan has it's fair share of similar activities, we would seldom expect to hear much about them.

That makes this report so astonishing, the Government ordered it, and has now made public one of the most damning stories to ever be released by the Japanese about events related to Fukushima.
