The cabal of Big Government joined at the hip with Big Business has found another way to cull the competition from the American Business landscape.
Steal it's money.
In moves that often involve a bank's collusion (wow...surprised?) small farm operations that make deposits under $10, 000, but make more per moth have been having their accounts seized.
The problem is, unless they're actively attempting to set themselves up to commit Tax Fraud, it's not really illegal, it just saves a pile of paperwork. (Example: Nine Deposits of $10K come with LOTS of paperwork, but Ten Deposits of $9K don't.)
In fact in many cases NO charges are filed, but enough money is kept to run the Farmer out of business. If charges ARE filed, they are usually questionable, at best, and can be defeated in appeal...but in both events ALL or most of the seized money is gone.
The Farmer's enterprise is DOA and we have two presidential candidates schrieing about where the revenue's going to come from to balance the budget.
Since Big business, banks, Commodities, etc. seem to be pulling all the strings on stuff like this, how's about THEM paying the bills for the government they seem to be deploying?
